Q I just purchased a product, how do I unlock it?

A. After you purchase a product via paypal from our website, then we need to send you the unlock code.   In order to proceed, please email us your "customer id" number which is located in the help menu under the about option.

You should be able to use TimeGen immediately after purchasing, An email will be sent to you with instructions to download a temporary license.

     Due to software piracy, we have chosen to use this method. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will contact you as soon as possible to unlock your software.


Q. What methods of payment does XFusion Software LLC support?

A. We have the capability to accept credit card orders, purchase orders, bank wire transfers, or business checks, or Paypal accounts. Orders can be processed for VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER, or American Express.

Q. I purchased a product in the past and canít find my unlock code. What should I do?

A. Send us an email with your name, customer id number (from the about help/about menu option) and any receipt information. We will then email your unlock code to you as soon as possible.


Q. My product stopped working since I upgraded my computer (or computer crashed!). What should I do?

A. Send us an email with your name, customer id number (from the about help/about menu option) and any receipt information. We will then email your unlock code to you as soon as possible.


Q. I cannot download your product.

A. Please e-mail technical support with a detailed explanation of the error you are receiving.


Q. What is included with my product license?

A. Before installing our product you agreed to abide by the terms of our product license agreement. Please review the EULA when you install our software.


Q. Product Refunds

A. Within 5 days of purchase, XFusion Software LLC will accept the return of any product purchased from our online store for a refund. To receive a refund, please email us with the following information: your name, the product, and the reason you are returning your software.


Q. How do I get a receipt or invoice?

A. After completing your order, you will receive an email receipt from paypal, or esellerate. However, if you need a more detailed or customized invoice (for example, company reimbursements), then please email us and we can assist you.


Q. How are your products delivered (downloaded, or CD)?

A. All products are available via download from our website. However, if you would like a CD shipped to you, then please allow 1-2 weeks to receive CDs sent to the US or Canada. All other locations should allow 2-3 weeks. There is an additional fee of $10, which does not include the shipping and handling.
