1.6 Add uniform delay to a signal (+/-) delay

	- "+" Delay Icon
	- "-" Delay Icon

The + delay icon   allows you to add a positive delay (1 pixel) to the waveform. If the entire signal is highlighted (by clicking on the signal name) and then pressing the + delay icon, this will add a uniform delay to every cycle.

The "-" delay icon   allows you to subtract a delay (1 pixel) to the waveform. If the entire signal is highlighted (by clicking on the signal name) and then pressing the - delay icon, this will subtract a uniform delay to every cycle.

If you only want to add a delay to only one cycle, then highlight only that cycle (using the select tool and drag your mouse) and then click on +/- delay icons. You can also just drag the transition with your mouse.
